Join in this weekly Wednesday mid-day vinyasa flow

I teach a weekly Wednesday Slow Flow + Yin online class over the lunch hour from 12:00-1pm PST. For those who have never taken a class from me, I like to do a theme for the month that incorporates meditation and light energy work, complimented by an extended savasana.

The cost is only $10 per class (payable via Venmo/PayPal as @spiritualblacksmith, CashApp as $Spiritualblacksmith or Zelle as info@spiritualblacksmith.com) or $38/mo (for four classes). If you wish to pay by credit card, send me an email and I will set that up for you as well. The sign-up deadline is be 10am the day of class. To sign up for a class, simply:

1) utilize one of the payment links above

2) add your name and email address in the notes section so that I can email you the zoom link 15 min before the class starts.

3) check your email (and spam folder) a few minutes before class and get ready to flow with me!
